Rollinson Property Services was established in 2008 to provide property refurbishment and maintenance services around the Oxford area.
Since its creation the business has grown considerably and earned an enviable reputation for quality workmanship. Whilst a significant amount of work continues to derive from 'word of mouth' recommendations, our customer base reflects the core of our business and is testament of our abilities as a company.
Priding ourselves on being big enough to trust and small enough to care, we continually refine our processes and commitment to the highest standards of quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. We offer a bespoke approach every time. We have the ability to project manage all details from start to finish so you don't have to, or work with you in delivering your own plans successfully.
With the vast majority of our work focused in and around occupied homes and properties, we have developed extensive experience beyond carrying out a safe, efficient and quality driven service; we have gained first-hand understanding of the implications of having workmen in live environments, end-users’ concerns and their vulnerability. Customer care, safety and risk minimisation are hence paramount.
We promote a zero defect approach and as such, ensure that all procured items and materials are stringently checked prior to installation.
